Custom Orders

If you would like to discuss a custom order, please contact us, we would love to chat! Please allow 1-3 weeks for fabrication and then shipping. Due to the nature of handmade items, a piece made especially for you will be close but not identical to what is shown (the beauty of handmade). If you need by a specific date, please contact us so we can try to make the necessary arrangements to make it happen.

Ring Sizes

To have your ring sized accurately, we suggest going to a jewelry store and informing them of the width of the band (larger bands usually require going up 1/4-1/2 size). Fingers do change size throughout the day and with different weather, so getting an average ring size is ideal. Please have your correct ring size upon ordering.  Please contact us immediately if your ring is too large or small.

Repairs

If you’d like to request a repair, please contact us. We will generally repair jewelry for no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based upon the complexity of the repair.

Jewelry Care

When not being worn, store jewelry in a small ziplock bag, if possible, or a closed jewelry box to avoid tarnish. For pieces with a matte finish, you can gently rub them with 0000 steel wool (can get at any hardware store), but avoid concrete and stones (diamonds are fine to have contact with the steel wool). Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or applying any moisturizers or fragrances.

Gift Wrap

All packages come in ready to gift packaging. A handwritten note can be included, please let us know with your order upon request. All invoicing is electronic, so no worries about an amount arriving with a gift.

SHIPPING

A notification that your order has shipped will be emailed to you with the tracking number. Please have your package delivered to a safe and secure address, any lost packages that have been marked as delivered are no longer our responsibility, but we will do everything in our power to help find it.

International Shipping

As of now, we are only shipping within USA. Please contact us if you are located outside of this region.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS Priority and insure all packages for the full value of the item. If you need faster shipping, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order, we want your experience to be wonderful. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, with all of its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item. We cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to actions of the buyer, or items returned more than 10 days after receipt. 

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email letting you know we have received the item. If requested, we will repair the defective item and return it to you. We have the right to deny a return if the returned item(s) is not in original condition or does not meet our quality standards. If the return is accepted, we will refund the entire purchase plus original shipping costs as long as the piece is returned unworn within 10 days of receipt.
